Capt Kingsley Consulting was the laboratory. Every ghosted project and unpaid invoice became a product requirement.
Between 2010 and 2023, Capt Kingsley Consulting Limited became my field research into African hiring. Clients wanted speed. Creatives wanted fairness. Both sides often left unhappy.
The repeating failure modes

Documentation as discipline
I began keeping letters, certificates, client notes, and internal checklists. That archive became operational memory — and eventually the Founder's Journal you are reading now.
Why a marketplace was inevitable
Consulting alone could not scale trust. Software could. Afruniverse is consulting logic encoded into infrastructure.
