Here's how it works: 1. **You Pay**: When you buy a package or hire a creative, your payment is processed securely through Paystack and recorded on Afruniverse. 2. **Work Begins**: The creative is notified and starts working in the workroom once payment is confirmed. 3. **Review Delivery**: You receive deliverables to review (watermarked where applicable). 4. **Approve Delivery**: Once you are satisfied, click 'Approve' in your workroom to record that the project meets your brief. For job hires, Paystack handled payment allocation at checkout; approval does not release or transfer funds on Afruniverse. Afruniverse documents delivery, revisions, and approval in your workroom. Payments are processed through Paystack according to the applicable payment arrangement. If you are not satisfied, you may raise a dispute or submit an eligible refund request for review under our applicable policies.
