Funds are locked before work begins
When a client purchases a service, their payment is processed through our secure payment gateway and held as a Conditional Settlement. The creative can begin work with full confidence — the money is confirmed and allocated. No one can access the funds until the agreed work is completed.
Milestone-based approval with partial delivery support
Projects can be broken into milestones. Funds are released only when the client approves the deliverables. If only part of the work meets requirements, an admin can approve a proportional release — protecting both parties fairly.
No ghosting — 7-day safety net
If a client fails to review deliverables within 7 days, the platform automatically releases the settlement to the creative. No chasing. No waiting. The system protects your time and work by default.
5-day evidence-based process
Either party can raise a dispute within 5 days of delivery. All disputes are evidence-based — supporting files, messages, and timestamps from the workroom are reviewed. An admin adjudicator issues a final ruling with full transparency.
Security holds, KYC gates, and monitoring
After funds are released, a 3-business-day security hold prevents premature withdrawal. Creatives must complete KYC verification before any payout. High-value withdrawals trigger automated admin alerts. Every financial action is logged to an immutable audit trail.
